The Glenfield College Board of Trustees

The purpose of the payments section of our site via the Student and Parent portal is to allow parents to make payments via credit card for student’s activity fees, school costs and contributions or other items. Account to account (direct bank) and credit card payments are accepted through this portal and are the school’s preferred payment method. Full or partial payments may be processed, and currently there are no payment fees.

Please note, a credit card bank fee of 2% applies on payments made through the school office.

For trips, activities or sports please ensure full payment is made by the date on your notification letter or registration form.

Privacy and Website Security:

Payments are processed through the secure flo2cash system. Encryption protection is managed with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, industry standard 128bit encryption software. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the flo2cash system. No credit card information is stored by us and we are PCI compliant. Payments must be received prior to school trip or activity.

Refund Policy:

Generally, any payments made for school charges, contributions, trips, activities, sports fees, tournaments and registrations are non-refundable. Trip, sports and camp fees are refundable only if a student has not participated in the activity for which payment has been made. Any refunds will be automatically directed to other items on the account in the first instance. Please direct inquiries to [email protected]

Currency Policy

We only accept New Zealand currency. If you would like to make a payment from outside New Zealand then you can pay in New Zealand dollars. However please note your credit card company will charge you the relevant conversion charge.
