This is an opportunity for our learners to use the expertise of a range of subject specialists and peer academic mentors with homework learning they didn’t fully understand in a lesson or needs support with assessment requirements. It’s also for learners who want to expand upon an idea, an issue or have a question about the learning and didn’t get a chance to have it addressed during class time. It gives them the opportunity to access computers and the web and provides a place for learning outside of the classroom that might now always be available at home.
