Open Evening
This year’s Open Evening will be held on Wednesday, 23 July 2025, from 6 pm in the Kaipatiki Theatre. This is a chance for prospective 2026 students and their whānau to hear from key staff and a selection of students, have a tour of the school, and learn more about attending Glenfield College.

Enrolment Applications will open for all year levels at the start of Term 2, 2025.

Enrolment interviews will then be held between 4pm & 6pm on 30 & 31 July – no appointment necessary.

This application link is for those students who have domestic status and hold the following Visa’s:

- NZ Citizen
- NZ Resident
- Australian Permanent Resident
- Dependent Child Student Visa
- Child of a Student Visitor (study 3 months only)
- Child of a Worker Visitor (study 3 months only)
If you hold the following Visa’s then you will need to enrol as a International fee paying student:

- Pathway Student Visa
- Visitor Visa (allows you to study for 3 months only)
If the visa you hold does not appear here, please contact NZ Immigration or a Registered Immigration Agent to confirm which status you can study as.

You will need to provide a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport, and their latest school report.
Enrolment Checklist
Please ensure you have included all of the following with your enrolment application:

- Proof of identity and guardianship (see below)
- Visa (if not a New Zealand citizen or resident)
- Most recent school report or NCEA achievement data if applying for years 10 to 13
- Immunisation record

Proof of Identity and Guardianship

- Applicants born in New Zealand must include a photocopy of either (1) their birth certificate; or (2) their passport, with all completed enrolment forms
- Applicants born outside of New Zealand must provide a photocopy of their passport with all completed enrolment forms. All required visas must be valid and up to date at the time of the application
- If there are any custodial arrangements with court orders or intervention by Oranga Tamariki, a photocopy of appropriate documentation must be provided
- The applicant’s primary caregiver must be their natural parent or legal guardian
