Fees for casual users:
▪ Theatre – hire of $700 per day (regardless of length)
▪ Cleaning Fee – $280(flat)
▪ Fire Warden – $100(flat)
▪ Optional Technicians (Sound/Lighting) – $23 per hour
All prices are GST inclusive. If a key is issued, a $100 Bond is required and will be returned to you upon the key’s return.

Pre-payment is required for all bookings. Bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received.
Once the booking is confirmed, an invoice will be sent, and a hire and use agreement will need to be signed.
Payment is due at the time of booking or no later than one week before use.
A Theatre Technician Requirements Form must also be completed prior to your booking (if required). This will be emailed to you at the time of hire.
Glenfield College facilities are only available for use or hire on weekends and during school holidays.
We are unable to take bookings from the end of October to year-end due to NCEA examinations.
